Who is Rocsi Diaz?

Raquel Roxanne "Rocsi" Diaz professionally know as Rocsi Diaz is a television and radio personality and model. She was born in Tegucigalpa, Honduras  and her family later moved to New Orleans, Louisiana. She graduated from West Jefferson High School in Harvey, Louisiana and later from Nicholls State University. She began her career as the host of 97.9 The Beat in Dallas Texas and she later became a DJ for Boston's Hot 97.7. In 2012, she joined Entertainment Tonight as a correspondent and weekend co-host. She later went on to CNN's HLN as the Los Angeles contributor for T'he Daily Share'.

Who is Diaz dating?

Although Diaz is currently single, she has dated quite a few famous actors, comedians, and singers. Her most notable relationship was that with actor and comedian Eddie Murphy. The couple dated back in 2011, for around a year. Unfortunately, things went sour between the pair, as reported by Urban Islandz.

"She was constantly calling and texting, checking his social media and questioning about where he was and who he was with," mentioned a source. "Eddie doesn't work like that. So he stopped returning her calls", they added.

Murphy wasn't the only big star she dated, seeing that later in 2013, she was linked with basketball player,  Shaquille O'Neal. As reported by Page Six, the pair were spotted getting cosy prior to a game. "Shaq and Rocsi were holding hands at this private party and at a private table," a witness said. "They looked like an odd couple, but they seemed really into each other," they added. However, Diaz rep confirmed otherwise, saying "Rocsi was there hosting and her free time was incredibly short because of her work with ET. I can confirm they [she and Shaq] are very good friends."

As reported by Who Dated Who, some of the other men in her life have been actor Tyrese Gibson, who she dated between 2003 to 2006,  Michael Misick who she dated in 2008, David Bowens who she dated in 2007 and Amar'e Stoudemire who she dated in 2010. She was also linked to Bruno Mars, who she was involved with back in 2011.

While she is currently single, Diaz and Shaquille O'Neal were flirting back on E! News' Pop Daily segment when the basketball star joked about her being in his DMs back in 2019.
"I could never be sad and pouty with you sitting there. She's always in my DM's I just wanted you to know that." O'Neal said. Diaz responded with -- "Oh my god. Let's tell the truth."
O'Neal continued to joke, saying "You know what she says? She says, 'Even though I'm Spanish, you know I like that chocolate.' For real. And I tell her, 'Once you go Shaq, you never go back.'"
However, he did come clean that he was kidding and that she said no such thing. But there was definitely chemistry between the pair.
