When it comes to 'The Talk' co-host Amanda Kloots' run on 'Dancing With The Stars', she has most certainly waltzed her way into the hearts of the judges and fans. With consistently high scores and stunning performances, Kloots is one of the show's frontrunners. So it's safe to say that expectations from her are rather high each week.

During 'Disney Villains Night', fans were surprised that she didn't score higher, as her performance packed technique, drama and everything in between. Ready to change that, she and pro-Alan Bersten danced the Viennese waltz to 'Beauty School Dropout'.

Kloots, who was playing Frenchie, found this number a bit of a challenge, even though she is a 'Grease' fan. To her, she has always been a goodie-toe-shoes and an honour student, which is a far cry from who Frenchie is, Luckily, Edith 'Didi' Conn, the star who played Frenchie, had a special message for Kloots. She reminded her that Frenchie wants everyone to be beautiful on the outside and know that they are loved. She encourages her to have fun with her performances. Ready to conquer the part, Kloots had an added edge, seeing that Frankie Avalon, the song's original singer, performed live, as Kloots performed the number. Here's what the judges have to say.

Len Goodman joked that Kloots will not be a 'DWTS' dropout, to say the least. For him, the icing on the cake was seeing his one teenage idol, Frankie Avalon perform live. Bruno Tonioli noted that performance seemed like Kloots that stepped into a dream with this waltz. Carrie Ann Inaba said that Kloots had charm, technique, musicality and this was her night.
Derek Hough, however, noted that there was something that fell short for him to push it to a 10/10 performance.

All the judges, save for Hough, scored Kloots a 10, resulting in her final score being 39 out of 40. Kloots not only received the first 10s of the season but was also at the top of the leaderboard. Fans agreed with Hough scoring Kloots a 9 instead of 10.
"LOL - thank god for Derek giving Amanda a 9. Dance wasn't a 40 for someone who is a PROFESSIONAL DANCER. I don't have a problem with that, but she literally danced for a living. Second only to Heather Morris. #DWTS If she was partnered with Derek she would get a 32." tweeted a fan. "Amanda's performance was totally unproblematic, but I agree with Derek. It felt like something was missing. There wasn't a wow moment mooned #DWTS" added another. "idk i just think that amanda and alan’s dance was just boring. i haven’t been too impressed yet. definitely wasn’t her best dance, was shocked to see 10s. #DWTS" added another. "Derek can see thru this weird energy Amanda has. I’m still confused why she was crying before in their solo interviews??? Shes so talented. But she’s almost too controlled?! I’m not sure what it is either! #DWTS #DWTS30" tweeted a fan. "I think Amanda could take some notes from Melora on character. I would have liked it even more if she wasn’t just smiling the whole time but that’s me being nit picky bc it was beautiful #DWTS" tweeted a fan.
