'Doubling Down With the Derricos': Fans celebrate as Dr Ozaki gives Diez clean chit of health
For Karen and Deon, their family comes above all else. Taking care of 14 kids can't be easy, but help from GG and their friend Eric certainly helps take off the pressure. And even though it still sounds like a lot of work, the couple is always on top of their game when it comes to their kids.

For fans who have been keeping up with Season 3, Diez's health has been a cause for concern all season. Ever since Karen and Deon noticed a bump on his head, they began worrying about his health. While Dr Wayne Ozaki gave him a clean bill of health over a video call when the initial issue cropped up, it looks like the family isn't in the clear just yet. With the one-year anniversary of his cranial reconstruction surgery here, Karen decided to take Diez and Dior to see Dr Ozaki. While Karen was anxious to make the journey, the check-up was important, seeing that she and Deon had noticed a few other bumps on his head.
As they sat down with Dr Ozaki, Karen contacted Deon so that he could be on a video call with them. After an external examination, Dr Ozaki confirmed that it was water retention and that there was no need to worry. He explained that this would continue for a while before settling down entirely and that Diez was doing okay. Karen, Deon and Diez were all glad to find out that he was doing okay. Fans too, took to Twitter to celebrate the fact that Diez was fine and didn't require any further intensive medical treatments.
"Relieved Diez's appointment with the doctor went well!! #TheDerricos" tweeted a fan. "Thank you, Jesus! He's okay! #TheDerricos" added another. "Yay Diez #TheDerricos" tweeted another.
