'Doubling Down With the Derricos': Fans praise Karen and Deon for good parenting

Their children always come first for 'Doubling Down With the Derricos' stars, Karen and Deon. The couple puts in all their time and effort to raise their kids to be thoughtful, intelligent, and articulate individuals and in the latest episode shows that their efforts truly paid off!

Karen and Deon are hoping to fast track their 'Derrico Pavilion' business plan with the family in South Carolina. Having scouted Atlantic Beach as the location of their choice, all that is left is to appeal to the city council, in the hope of acquiring it.

Seeing that the couple like having their kids involved, 9 of the 14 children joined Karen and Deon as they went to the city council with their presentation. The children were well-mannered and respectful and even had some great ideas about the Derrico Pavilion, with Darian stating that she wanted to create a mental health space and have facilities that accommodate people with special needs. The city council was certainly impressed and even told Karen and Deon that they would help them get in touch with the right people in order to secure the plot. The presentation clearly went well and fans were thrilled to see how amazing all the kids performed, not to mention how aware they all were as well.

I love that she mentioned mental health. #TheDerricos" agreed a fan. "#TheDerricos raised the most perfect children. They're all so sweet." noted a fan.

While Derrico's business plan was moving forward, there was still the question of the big move to South Carolina, and so far, Karen and Deon don't seem to be on the same page about it. While Deon ultimately suggested that they could shuffle between Vegas and South Carolina for 6months each, the couple still has to make a definitive choice.

Season 3 of 'Doubling Down With the Derricos' airs on TLC on Tuesdays at 10 pm ET.
