LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Doctor Who' on Disney+ follows the thrilling adventures of The Doctor (Ncuti Gatwa) and Ruby Sunday (Millie Gibson) who time-travel through the universe in a police booth called TARDIS.

The Doctor and his trusted companion Ruby embark on thrilling adventures, they confront supervillains and forge unbreakable bonds.

Along the way, they unravel the mysteries of the vast universe, confronting their conflicts and emerging stronger together.

'Doctor Who' boasts a talented lineup of directors including Ben Chessell, Julie Anne Robinson, and Jamie Donoughue, among others. Notable writers for the series include Steven Moffat and Dave Gibbons.

Russel T Davies serves as the showrunner for the series. The series features eight episodes.

The series kicked off with its first two episodes premiering on Friday, May 10, 2024. So if you're wondering when the rest of the episodes will be released, here's a release schedule that will answer all your questions.

When did 'Doctor Who' Premiere?

The first episode of 'Doctor Who' titled 'Space Babies' aired on Friday, May 10, on Disney+ along with Episode 2 titled 'The Devil's Chord' around 7 PM ET.

The show will stick to a weekly release plan, meaning new episodes will be released every Friday until the final episode on June 22.  'Doctor Who' will feature a total of 8 episodes, each having a run time of about 45- 50 minutes

'Doctor Who' will be available to stream on Disney+ from May 10, 2024.
