'MAFS' is about finding love and not winning money. Therefore, the main focus of the show is making the perfect match. Therefore, the couples who are featured in the show are reported to not be paid much by the channel. Distractify reports that the individuals can not afford to leave their day job and completely focus on the show. They indeed continue working while filming the show.

The cast members of 'MAFS' aren't paid enough so that they can afford to quit their job. While being on the show, some of the costs like shopping for groceries and the living expense with the woman that one marries are covered by the contestants themselves. The Wrap reports that the money that contestants get on the show is "almost nothing." 



 

Whatever it may be, the contestants need to surely take some time off from their usual job in order to focus on the show. Well, the off must be just for some time period. The most beneficial thing cast members get in return from the show is fan following. They can certainly make money out of their social media channel after the show as it helps them gain numerous followers.
