LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The founder of K3 Shooting Band appeared on episode 21 of ABC's 'Shark Tank' Season 15 to introduce and explain the benefits of wearing it. Given the creator Nicky Young's devotion to the ABC show, many were unhappy when ABC investors made a "sharky" offer.

Nicky entered the Tank asking $100,000 for 20% but ended up relinquishing a significant piece of the firm in a bargain with Mark Cuban. Viewers flocked to social media to attack the ABC investor for closing the purchase at 40%, which was double the amount she had hoped to dilute.

Speaking on behalf of the entrepreneur who seemed to have been trying to come on Tank for 15 years, fans on Reddit wrote, "Geez what a sharky offer, kinda feel bad for her." Another person chimed in, "It’s a shame that Mark was already involved in something similar. I think he would have given her a better offer."

One user further complained, "Even with two sharks joining in, I thought she gave up too much."

On X, users suggested, "Maybe negotiate to 40 percent. If not successful then go with the 50."

K3 Shooting Band founder Nicky Young tried out for the Chicago Sky in the WNBA

Nicky grew up playing basketball with her father, a professional basketball player who had spent a season in the NBA wearing the New York Knicks uniform. Nicky wanted to perfect her shooting so she might beat his father eventually.

She began playing basketball for her school and college at an early age. Nicky was offered the opportunity to play professional basketball in Ireland after graduating from Farmingdale State College with a Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies.

She also tried out for the Chicago Sky in the WNBA, but her chances were not good.

Nicky Young founded K3 Shooting Band to help budding basketball players

After reaching the professional stage of her basketball career, Nicky moved into business because she wanted to assist other great players in accomplishing their goals by helping them grow. She quickly transitioned from professional player to innovator, driven by her love of the game.

As a result, her creative imagination gave birth to the concept of the K3 Shooting Band. Soon, the training apparatus was meticulously and precisely designed to target the index and middle fingers when practicing jump shots.

The shooting bands' resistance allows players to utilize their two fingers to rotate the basketball and maintain good form while restraining their fingertips against the ball.

The player's muscle memory develops as he or she continuously practices jump shots while wearing the K3 Shooting Band. So, when it comes time to shoot some baskets during games without the band, you may expect to see improvements in your shooting rotation and form, as well as a progressive rise in your shooting distance.

The K3 Shooting Band is really simple to use; all you have to do is wrap it around your index and middle fingers, which are the fingers that rotate the basketball. Now that the band is positioned directly on your critical fingers, all you have to do is practice shooting the basketball and work on muscle memory.

K3 Shooting Band is available both in the USA and Canada

People who want to improve their ball game can get the K3 Shooting Band straight from the brand's official website. Aside from that, it is available on the shelf at Dick's Sporting Goods and online at Walmart in both the United States and Canada.

Both sizes cost $19.99.
