BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: The 'Million Dollar Listing: Los Angeles' Season 15 real estate agent Josh Flagg recently purchased the Bedford mansion for $9,295,000 without seeing it in person. Regretting his decision as soon as he stepped inside, he now plans to sell the house but is struggling to find a buyer.
During the latest episode, Tracy Tutor and Flagg met to discuss selling his Bedford listing. Flagg mentioned that he couldn't proceed with the sale until he found a new home. Notably, he expressed interest in Josh Altman's $17 million Trousdale listing and was eager to negotiate a deal.
However, Flagg ended up in a three-way negotiation, sending Tutor to finalize the Trousdale deal with Altman so he could secure a new home and sell the Bedford mansion. In the preview for the upcoming episode, viewers will see the dramatic negotiation unfold, leaving Flagg without a house.

'MDLLA' star Josh Flagg, who grew up in Beverly Hills, had admired the North Bedford Italian Palladian mansion since he was a child. He purchased the home without visiting it first, only to discover the interior was not as expected. In a confessional, Flagg reflected on the property, saying, "I've loved this house since I was a child and, by the way, I'm not alone."
He elaborated, "It's one of those beautiful houses that everybody walks by and is like, 'Oh, my God, it's so perfect.' I waited my whole life to see the inside of this house. Suddenly, the plot has changed." However, while taking a tour of the place with Tracy Tutor, he realized that the place needed multiple changes which could take around three to four years.

'MDLLA' real estate agent Josh Flagg put his feud with Josh Altman aside for Chalette listing. Flagg sent his BFF Tracy Tutor to handle negotiations with Altman while he stayed in the car. However, Altman took a dig at Flagg and said, "Maybe it's a good thing he’s sitting in the car. It will save him the embarrassment."
However, Flagg proposed an offer of $13.3 million, significantly below the $17 million listing price. Tracy Tutor warned Altman that the offer was "lower than you’re gonna like. Welcome to the market." While Flagg and Altman appeared to be moving towards a deal, the next episode will reveal whether they closed the listing.
