LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: The highly anticipated trailer for 'Deadpool & Wolverine' made its debut during the Super Bowl on Monday, February 12, sending fans into a frenzy of excitement. The trailer also unveiled a significant Easter egg, teasing the much-anticipated upcoming installment in the 'Avengers' series.

Featuring Marvel Comics characters 'Deadpool' and 'Wolverine', the trailer stole the spotlight during Super Bowl 2024.

In the initial glimpse of the third installment in the ‘Deadpool’ franchise, Wade Wilson, also known as Deadpool, crosses paths with agents from the Time Variance Authority, the timeline-policing organization last encountered in 'Loki' Season 2.

The last scene of the trailer grabbed all the attention. In the trailer, Marvel fans were quick to notice a potential hidden clue for an upcoming MCU movie 'Avengers: Secret Wars.'

Towards the end of the trailer, keen-eyed viewers spotted a battered copy of the Secret Wars comic book before the camera shifted its focus. 

Speculation is buzzing within the Marvel fan community, with many suggesting that this reference could be a precursor to the 2027 film 'Avengers: Secret Wars.' The presence of the comic book hints at its potential role as a significant source of inspiration for the upcoming movie.

The comic might be placed to introduce and familiarize audiences with characters who are slated to be part of the 2027 film ‘Avengers: Secret Wars’.

What is ‘Deadpool & Wolverine’ about?

In 'Deadpool & Wolverine,' the stellar cast includes Ryan Reynolds, Leslie Uggams, Hugh Jackman, and Morena Baccarin in crucial roles. Ryan Reynolds reprises his role as the titular anti-hero Deadpool, while Hugh Jackman makes a return as Wolverine.
