Erin's relentless pursuit of the truth takes a dramatic turn when she stumbles upon a hidden lab at the fertility clinic. Unable to crack the computer password, she resorts to a daring move, collecting a sample of the chemicals found there. As luck would have it, the doctor arrives, forcing Erin to flee the scene.

Back at someplace, she confides in Charlie (Matthew James Dowden), unaware that Ben's test results reveal Fred isn't the biological father. Meanwhile, a van pulls up, carrying a woman with a similar story. Erin shares her suspicions about the clinic and the possibility that their children might be siblings.

This woman, shaken by the revelation, reveals another victim, Sam Bates, who is now deceased. Armed with this information, Erin confronts another doctor, demanding legal representation and hinting at her contact with another clinic.

He reveals his involvement in silencing others who discovered the clinic's secret using the same method for Sam. Just as he's about to pull the trigger, intervenes, a Charlie suggesting a potential climiax twist. In the ensuing struggle, Erin knocks the doctor unconscious with the help of a pan.

Eight months later, the film concludes with a heartwarming scene. Erin celebrates Ben's birthday, surrounded by family. The party includes Ben's newfound siblings, and Erin's family. This suggests that Erin's bravery exposed the clinic's wrongdoing, leading to justice and the formation of a unique support system for the affected families.
