‘City On A Hill’ Season 2 Episode 4: Will Decourcy Ward arrest Cathy Ryan for shooting Jimmy or will she escape?
The new episode of ‘City On A Hill’ might finally get the cat out of the bag. In the second episode ‘I Need a Goat’, Ryans — the antagonists from season one — came into focus. Frankie Ryan (Jonathan Tucker) was hauled away for the armed bank robbery and the one ratting him out was his younger brother, Jimmy Ryan (Mark O'Brien). This fractured the relationship between Frankie's wife, Cathy Ryan (Amanda Clayton), and Jimmy. And the third episode saw Jimmy being shot by Cathy.
Season two centers on a federal housing project in the Roxbury neighborhood of Boston. As coalition leader Grace Campbell (Pernell Walker) works tirelessly on behalf of the community, her efforts are undermined by gang activity happening right under her nose. FBI agent Jackie Rohr (Bacon) is here to exploit Boston's defective criminal justice system in a desperate attempt to salvage his own career. Unfortunately for Jackie, ADA Decourcy Ward (Hodge) is onto his adversary’s latest misstep.
