'Chicago Med' Season 5 Episode 7 will see Halstead and Charles treating a 'vampire' one week after Halloween

It looks like Halloween came a little late for NBC's 'Chicago Med' as 'Dr. Will Halstead and Dr. Daniel Charles sink their teeth into a bloodthirsty case'.

'Chicago Med' did not have a Halloween-themed episode last week since the matter of how the hospital and the police would deal with Dr. Natalie Manning's medical assault was still left to be decided. Eventually, since Natalie's instincts proved to be right, she was safe.

However, it also led her to trust her instincts in other matters, and she finally decided to break up with Phillip. Natalie also made it clear that she was done with the men in her life as she tells Dr. Will Halstead, her former fiance, to leave her alone for good.

It looks like Halloween came a little late for NBC's 'Chicago Med' as "Dr. Will Halstead and Dr. Daniel Charles sink their teeth into a bloodthirsty case". The promo features a young man come in, covered in blood and it looks like he has elongated canines, or in less medical terms, fangs, much like a vampire.

Meanwhile, by now, everyone at the Chicago Gaffney Medical Centre knows that Maggie is fighting cancer. Dr. Marcel, who is from Louisiana, will be holding a traditional crawfish boil for everyone from the hospital. It will be good to see the new doctor interacting with Maggie so the viewers learn more about him.

The synopsis also mentions that a relationship is left on rocky ground. Our first guess for this would be Will and Natalie, who had a nasty fight at the end of the last episode. We're certain that things will remain awkward for a while. It could also be Natalie and Phillip as she moves out of his apartment and ends the relationship for good.

There is also news about a new relationship blossoming. While we have no clues as of yet who this new relationship will involve, it may involve Will, who will finally decide to move on from Natalie.

'Chicago Med' airs on NBC on Wednesday night.
