Cindy has decided to use the opportunity to express her gratitude to her friend and personal trainer of many years, Sarah Hagaman. For Cindy, it’s the perfect chance to thank her best friend by gifting her a lavish home makeover.
Cindy will pull out all the stops for her friend with a glamorous home makeover. The supermodel will be donning the hat of interior designer, constructor, and home renovator as she plans and executes the “super remodel” of Sarah’s home. The Scott brothers and ‘Property Brothers’ stars, Drew Scott and Jonathan Scott, will assist the famous model during her endeavor. Who is Sarah Hagaman?
As per Sarah Hagaman’s Instagram bio, she is a Los Angeles-based trainer and coach. Sarah also provides her services on the fitness app FitOn and founded her own fitness app, Recovery Fit. She believes in using “fitness as a tool for mental health” so one can “show up for all areas” in their life.
Sarah and Cindy have known each other for a long time, and the former has been the supermodel’s trainer for over a decade. Sarah has helped Cindy with many of her fitness regimens. Including designing the many training workouts that Cindy has starred in and launched. Their most recent collaboration is for Cindy’s new workout DVDs called ‘Ladder’, a line of high-quality pre- and post-workout videos. The duo even works out together three mornings a week, the reason for Cindy’s toned body even at 56.
While Sarah follows a strict workout ethic, she is a believer in the motto “life is meant to be lived” and, according to W Magazine, claims that “if you are in Paris, eat a croissant for breakfast” and “don’t skip the gelato in Italy.” Her Instagram profile is full of workout videos and tips for her fans and followers. She also shares a few photos of her family and pets and seems fond of dogs. Sarah has three children, two daughters, and a son. She also had a golden retriever named Bowie, who sadly died earlier in 2022. Currently, she has two "toy" dogs, a miniature poodle and a chihuahua, who can sometimes be spotted in her training videos.
