Netflix's anime lovers can welcome Spring 2022 by streaming Wit Studio's newest film 'Bubble,' available worldwide in April. 'Bubble' is a 'Netflix Original' anime film will release later this month.

Wit Studio, that is producing the film, is the same animation studio that brought us 'Attack on Titan,' and if the trailer is any indication, 'Bubble' will be a similar visual extravaganza. The anime film will be distributed worldwide by Netflix, but in Japan, the distribution rights are held by Warner Bros. Pictures. If you want to watch more anime on the platform, 'DOTA: Dragon's Blood,' 'Eden,' and 'Love, Death, and Robots' are among some of the most popular choices on Netflix.

When will 'Bubble' be released and where can you watch it?

'Bubble' will launch on Netflix on Thursday, April 28th, 2022, and the teaser trailer is already out.

What is 'Bubble' about?

Bubbles showering down on the globe have changed the rules of gravity in an alternative universe. Tokyo has been sealed off from the rest of the world, and all that is left are groups of young people participating in parkour team fights throughout Tokyo's skyline. Hibiki, a reckless but skillful ace, slips from the rooftops but is rescued by Uta, a magically gifted girl, before plummeting into the gravity-defying lake below. What connects them is their ability to perceive a sound that is only audible to them.

The trailer begins with Hibiki and Uta's fatal rendezvous in a post-apocalyptic Tokyo, with cities and buildings drowning in water. WIT Studio, which is most known for producing the first three seasons of 'Attack on Titan,' has created rich graphics and superb animation for scenes depicting the movie's actors soaring and flying high over floating debris and abandoned buildings.

Who are the cast members?

Jun Shison lends the voice of Hibiki. Shison is most known for his part in the Sentai series 'Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger' as Right Suzuki, the Red Ranger. Shison will make his anime debut in the role of Hibiki.

Uta's voice is lent by actress Riria Kojima, who previously appeared in the Super Sentai anime 'Ressha Sentai ToQger'. Alice Hirose, Yuuki Kaji, Mamoru Miyano, and Sayaka Senbongi, respectively, play Makoto, Kai, Shin, and Usagi in supporting roles. Yuri Haba in 'Strike the Blood' and Haru the rabbit in 'Beastars' are both voiced by Sayaka Senbongi. Shuu Tsukiyama in 'Tokyo Ghoul' and Kaname Shigeyoshi in 'Ahiru no Sora' are both voiced by Mamoru Miyano. Yuuki Kaji is best known for portraying Meliodas and Zeldris in 'The Seven Deadly Sins', as well as Eren Jaeger in 'Attack on Titan'.

Alice Hirose is the newcomer to the cast, having previously been in the 'Doraemon Movie 39: Nobita no Getsumen Tansaki' and 'Monster Strike the Movie: Sora no Kanata' productions. Tasuku Hatanaka, Shinichiro Miki, and Marina Inoue will play the Denki Ninja Leader, Kantou Mad Lobster Leader, and Undertaker Leader, respectively, in the remaining roles.

Who are the creators?

Wit Studio is the company behind 'Bubble'. It is directed by Tetsuro Araki and written by Gen Urobuchi, with Takeshi Obata's character designs and Hiroyuki Sawano's soundtrack.
