SEOUL, SOUTH KOREA: Blackpink quite honestly is the biggest K-pop girl group at the moment and a lot of their success owes to the fact that the girls are extremely talented in what they do. Aside from fans anticipating the biggest comeback of 2022 for the last 22 months, the girl group has also been quite popular when it comes to their solo fashion ventures.

There is not a day when Blackpink is not trending and so is the case today as the girl group released their much-awaited new pre-release single, 'Pink Venom', from their upcoming album, 'Born Pink'. The album is right now the hottest K-pop album as it records 1.5 million pre-orders within six days of its announcement. 'Pink Venom' was released on August 19 featuring the four members, namely, Jennie, Jisoo, Lisa, and Rose in their natural glamorous habitat. The song starts with Jennie 'kicking the door', which quite literally is a callback to their last hit single, 'Kill This Love'.

Jennie flaunts her epic rapping skills in Blackpink's 'Pink Venom'

The single, 'Pink Venom', sees Lisa and Jennie taking over the rap while Jisoo and Rose handled the vocals well with their insane viral lyric, 'I bring the pain like...' The single starts with Jennie as she mentions the girl group's old viral line, 'kicking the door' with a minor twist. Jennie opens 'Pink Venom' with, 'Kick in the door, waving the coco'.

The first half of the lyric is a callback to Lisa's viral line from the girl group's 2019 hit single, 'Kill This Love'. After a grand opening to the single, Jennie's rapping continues to charm fans as she walks down the ramp like a runway model wearing her favorite brand, Chanel, which she globally represents as an ambassador. Jennie's rap saw an insane boost in the second half of the single, which has fans saying this is her career's best rap to date.
