VH1's 'Black Ink Crew: Compton' is a reality drama series of a different kind. In the show, we meet renowned tattoo artist Danny "KP" Kirkpatrick and his crew, who aren't just running a business but are changing the way the world thinks about their city. As restrictions around the Covid-19 pandemic eases, businesses are slowly limping back to normal and in KP's case they are reopening their parlor with new plans in mind.

'Black Ink Crew: Compton' Season 2 is packed with drama and hidden truths. Vudu meets with her biological father and learns about the truth behind every lie her mother and stepfather told her. On the other hand, Barbie was fed up with KP's dismissal and she decided to accept Lemeir's invitation to work at his new shop. Meanwhile, some of the other crew members like Star and Ink Drippin are starting to tire of KP's antics. In the previous episode, Alana opened up about her boyfriend, Jerris. Jerris cheated on her while she lost her baby. However, Alana is currently stressed out by Jerris's recent arrest.

Ink Drippin and Tim also met up after the fight. Nessie was taken aback when she learned that KP was starting his shop with her ex, Ken. She was very much hurt to know that and it was even worse as Vudu disclosed this. Nessie had wanted to hear about it from KP and not from others. Talking about KP, he prioritized both Nessie and Ken, as he said," Nessie is my good sister, and Ken is my good brother, so I have to manage my relationship with both of them." Nessie, however, told KP that he left her side when she needed him the most.

Adding to the drama is Nessie's accident. Although she was not hurt, the accident was a pretty dangerous one. Here on one hand, Nessie is feeling crowded in by her problems, there KP was happily celebrating after he received the legal license for their shop.

'Black Ink Crew: Compton' airs every Monday on VH1 at 9 pm ET/PT.
