LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'Big Brother' Season 26 Week 1 HOH Angela Murray has recently been dubbed 'racist' over her insensitive comment about Matt Hardeman. Angela and Matt recently had a dramatic fallout in front of other houseguests which resulted in Matt's eviction. The drama escalated with a slight misunderstanding which pushed Angela to deliver a hurtful rant.

In the episode, Angela slammed Matt and said, "I am so flattered that I am a threat to you. I am so freaking flatter, thank you, Crazy-Eyes. You have freaking crazy eyes." She thought that Matt had sent other houseguests to Angela for an alliance to skip elimination. However, Matt was unaware of the drama as Angela continued her rant, "And for the House, for the visitors that came to visit me last night, your performance was great. It was absolutely great, for a low-budget movie."

She elaborated, "I would love for the Houseguests to know how Crazy-Eyes, how he very aggressively threatened me verbally in my room on our one-on-one." Matt was sadly eliminated in the latest episode after receiving fewer votes. Meanwhile, the viewers were furious over Angela's comment about Matt and claimed that she deserved elimination instead of Matt.

A social media user noted, "There has been about two maybe three seasons full of racists but yes being called a brat and crazy eyes is somehow the worst things ever said about anyone in the history of Big Brother." Another person added, "Angela should be removed because she made racist comments to Matt by calling him crazy eyes no bitch he’s Asian Philippine."

Another critic noted, "How the hell do you let a racist stay in the house after mocking & harassing an Asian American man about how his eyes look?? WTF have you all done? Seriously Julie YOU of all people???" Another viewer wrote, "Angela's rant on Big Brother 26 is ridiculous. Calling Matt "Crazy Eyes" is uncalled for. Production's editing makes her look like the villain, but her behavior speaks for itself. Get it together, Angela."

Another X user tweeted, "Angela is a wackadoodle. Also..calling a Asian person crazy eyes seems a little offensive. Im shocked @JCMoonves didnt call this out. However, Matt has nothing to be ashamed of..his comments to her were more in a joking vein than threatening."

Angela Murray celebrates Matt Hardeman's elimination

'Big Brother' Season 26 star Angela Murray jumped with joy after Kimo won AI Arena leaving Matt Hardeman vulnerable for elimination. Matt competed with Kimo and Kenny in the AI Arena's 'Glitch in the System' where they had two minutes to review 16 screens full of multiplied houseguests and figure out which houseguest is seen the most.

Images of their housemates will multiply on digital displays. The challenge was quite tricky as some screens feature just one houseguest multiple times and other screens feature multiple houseguests. However, Matt was left with just 60 seconds to win the challenge but failed. Angela was thrilled after Matt's elimination as he had been her target since day 1.

Matt Hardeman calls out Angela Murray for mistreating him

After his elimination, Matt Hardeman had a chat with 'Big Brother' Season 26 host Julie Chen Moonves where the houseguest revealed his opinion about HOH Angela Murray's drama. He told Julie, "There could be areas for me to learn and grow, potentially."

Matt further claimed, "I did not agree with how she treated me and what she said. "CBS show star continued, "I didn't make an aggressive threat like she may have perceived. I kind of felt like that was game! If I get put up, the next week I’m gonna put you up. I did not mean to be threatening."
