RODNEY BAY, SAINT LUCIA: 'Below Deck' Season 10 primary charter guest Karan Bakshi and his fellow mates seem to have made much chaos on the deck. They were seen drinking and partying all night and making the crew members work for them restlessly. Well, that was not it, they even damaged some of the yacht's properties while smoking cigars and drinking alcohol.

Then came the tipping time, 'Below Deck' Season 10 fans thought that they might give some huge amount keeping in mind the amount of work crew members did for them. Instead, the primary charter guest tipped the crew with a very low scarce amount of $20,000 with each's share being $1,530. As soon as Captain Sandy announced the amount that the primary guest tipped them with, Alissa broke out in anger. She said, "Hearing that amount is just not acceptable. I think we should have kept f**king security deposit. They have been burning s**t and breaking s**t." The tip that the fourth charter guest gave barely meant anything to the 'Below Deck' crew members.

Alissa slammed the guests in a personal interview, saying, "If you can't f**king tip the crew, go on a cruise b**ch. Don't rent a yacht." Fans on the internet called out the guests for their tips. A fan tweeted, "So they left 20k, im shocked. I know the charter guests' tenants would rather them have taken that 20k and put it into the apartment that they don't maintain." Another claimed, "I knew it wasn't going to be a good tip. They were awful guests!" Furthermore, a fan slammed the guests saying, "Those nasty charter guests will have fun trying to book a charter anywhere else now. Treated the crew like shit, damaged the boat and then gave a shit tip. F**k them & f**k that." Another agreed with Alissa's comments, "I knew these j**ks would have a garbage tip. You can just tell with some guests."

Moreover, a fan showed concern towards Alissa, saying, "Alissa has absolutely taken the brunt of these horrible guests!" Another called out the primary guests the "worst" of all, "Rachel dont even give much effort to this. It doesn't matter what you do, then will complain and bitch no matter what. These guests are prob the WORST we have EVER had." Another supported Alissa's whining over the guest's tip, "Alissa has every right to be pissed off. She’s working solo til 5am with demanding guest and has to deal with Camille’s lazy ass. I would’ve lost my shit a few charters back."

According to Ambition Box average salary of Vision Technologies employees is up to $7-8K. But, Karan being the founder of Vision Group must be getting a huge amount from the profit. In general IOT employees get up to $13-15K. Indeed, Karan's earnings must be 6-7 figures.
