ATHENS, GREECE: During the first episode of 'Below Deck Mediterranean' Season 9, Chief Stewardess Aesha Scott received feedback that the guests aboard the charter were unhappy with the laundry service delivered by the crew.

This unexpected feedback caught Aesha and the rest of the team off guard, prompting them to quickly address the issue and guarantee that the guests' time aboard remained nothing less than extraordinary.

As tensions mounted and tempers flared, Aesha found herself confronted with the daunting task of reversing the situation and showcasing the crew's ability to deliver top-notch service even amid pressure.

The episode unfolded as a rollercoaster of emotions, with Aesha and her team navigating the turbulent waters of high expectations and demanding guests, setting the stage for an exciting and drama-filled season ahead.

During the episode, the guests on the charter yacht revealed to Aesha that they were lacking in the clothing department in their rooms. One guest expressed frustration, stating, “I have like no clothes to wear,' while another mentioned they were eagerly anticipating the arrival of two shirts.

Aesha promptly took ownership of the clothing delivery delay and extended apologies to her colleagues for any inconvenience caused. Internally, she couldn't help but acknowledge the severity of the situation.

During a confessional, Aesha vented her frustration by admitting that she was aware of Bri's lack of experience in the laundry department. “I know that Bri [Muller] is relatively green, but I asked her to steam like three things in the laundry. How does anything take this long?” Aesha shared.

Elsewhere on the yacht, the guests began discussing Bri's six-hour laundry service and expressed their dissatisfaction. While they acknowledged it as a nice amenity to have on board, they felt that if the crew couldn't deliver on their promise, it was unacceptable.

“It’s nice that they have that service, but if they can’t fulfill that service then it's bulls**t," the guests shared. To avoid further delays and dissatisfaction, Aesha stepped in to assist Bri in the laundry room.

'Below Deck Mediterranean' Season 9 stew, Bri Muller describes doing laundry as 'scary'

In the episode, Bri Muller, one of the stews on Season 9 of 'Below Deck Mediterranean', opened up about finding the task of doing laundry daunting and intimidating. “It is scary for me, so I do like taking my time to make sure it’s good," Bri told Aesha.

While Bri's ironing skills may not have left Aesha and the charter guests particularly impressed, the stewardess seized the opportunity to explain her approach to the task. Bri admitted that she prefers to take her time when dealing with clothes, as she finds the process daunting.

“I’ve been in the industry for two years,” Bri confessed to Aesha. Bri went on to say, "All the boats were like 30 meters, 35 meters, but I never made it through a season. This laundry might seem like a molehill, but from my perspective, it’s like a mountain.”
