Jennifer Williams' storyline on 'Basketball Wives' Season 9 began with a shocking incident. She claimed her Range Rover was stolen by "a man" whom she didn't name. But there's more to that story. We'll get to that in a bit.

She seemed worried that her car was gone and has been itching to produce a documentary on it. Last year, the cast member even put out an elaborate post with a photo of the man asking for help in finding the lost vehicle. "I’m asking for some help finding my Range Rover that this man, Aaron Nichols, stole from me. He goes by many alias including Nick, Daniel or Chris," she claimed and added: "He has conned many women and men too out of vehicles and large amounts of cash. Lives in the Atlanta area and frequents Detriot, Houston and Vegas."

Was her car really stolen? Apparently not. The "man" in question is her rumored ex-boyfriend Aaron, and apparently, he didn't steal the car. In a series of receipts that dropped on Instagram, Aaron asked why she would take five months to report a stolen car. The cops never pressed any charges and if she wanted, she could have tracked the Range.

He even added how he was forced to leave Jennifer because of how "ugly and fame engulfed" she was. In the same post, he wrote that she had requested him to appear as a "love interest" in 'BBW'.

Meanwhile, fans have weighed in with their two cents on the matter.

"I love this Jennifer Williams scene for the simple fact that we got a shady slow mo of the garage opening to see her new car. When we all know her range was ‘stolen’ last year & that Bentley got repossessed in season two. #BasketballWives," a fan tweeted, while another shared: "Jennifer is so damn dumb. Like who wants to watch a documentary of man stealing your car? Girl can’t keep a man if Jesus paid her. #BasketballWives."

"Girl what????? Left with the Range Rover and never came back....whatever, just don’t be doing no insurance fraud for some change..... #BasketballWives," a user commented.  "Jennifer’s in Atlanta and what she described with that Range Rover is Classic Atlanta scamming. #basketballwives," another posted.
