LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Jill Chin and Jacob Rapini's love story has taken an exciting turn as they threw an ultimate twist during the Season 8 Reunion of 'Bachelor in Paradise'. Bachelor Nation, who saw the two get together and then break apart in the most dramatic way possible, didn't hold back from sharing their thoughts as one of the most bizarre couples on the show was put on the hot seat.

Jacob and Jill were one of the show's most iconic (though short-lived) couples during their time on 'Bachelor in Paradise'. Jill and her fellow Paradise ladies were escorted away from the beach just after they made a connection on a highly sensitive one-on-one date, prompting Jacob to pursue a prospective relationship with Kate Gallivan instead. Jacob and Jill were in a good place and receptive to getting back together by the time the 'Bachelor in Paradise' reunion was taped this autumn. "As far distance as we are, I think you and I do actually have a real connection," Jacob remarked on the November 22 special. "I’m open to a relationship with you, if you are."

"I am open as well," Jill said. After a passionate kiss, Jacob scooped her up and carried her offstage in Tarzan fashion.

Even though the crowd cheered as Jacob and Jill left the studio in the hopes of giving their relationship another shot, viewers at home had mixed feelings with most shocked at Jill for taking him back. Seeing how devastated she was during her time in Paradise and the way they split, a fan wrote, "I know Jill did not just take him back? She deserves better." Another fan added, "Jill backsliding with Jacob is not cute to me at all and she blocked me for saying it."

Questioning Jill's decision, another viewer tweeted, "Jacob played Jill on national TV why did she say yes." On the other hand, one fan was quick to call Jill out for looking down upon Jacob's profession, "Reminder that Jill made fun of Jacob for being a Lyft driver and selling his couch for money #classist."

Fans also noticed how Jill was cut off before Jacob asked for a second chance, "Wait but what else was Jill gonna say she clearly wasn’t finished." Calling this a rebound for Jacob, another fan tweeted, "Her dumba** prob would take jacob back. Aint no damn way. He rebounding."

Another fan questioned if this was staged, "Was this planned, Jill and Jacob?" Wishing the duo the best nevertheless, a fan wrote, "I did miss Jill. Jacob, no I didn't miss. I thought he was a wannabe Kenny because he was naked a lot. As soon as Jill was gone he put his tongue in Kate's mouth. I think she deserves better imo. Jill, I just hope you are happy."
