As they approach their 25th anniversary in April 2023, '7 Little Johnstons' Season 14 promises to add some excitement to their relationship.
Amber shares, "This year, we're spicing things up for our 25th wedding anniversary and challenging ourselves with new date ideas."
In a preview clip, Amber is seen painting Trent, who playfully remarks, "Don't jiggle the pot too much."
Beyond their focus on their marriage, the couple also expressed concerns about their children, particularly Elizabeth. Given her stature as a little person with achondroplasia, the upcoming delivery poses challenges.
As Elizabeth's due date approaches, Amber and Trent grapple with worries about her health.

The couple first crossed paths in 1995 through a little people and out-size family meet-up group.
Reflecting on their initial meeting, Trent shared with Mirror, "I saw a gorgeous blonde-haired, blue-eyed, 16-year-old girl."
Amber chimed in, saying, "And I saw a very attractive young man with a funny personality. Trent was my first relationship; we soon became best friends, and we knew we’d get married."
After approximately three years of dating, the couple exchanged vows in November 1998, surrounded by over 300 guests.

Amber and Trent initially had two biological children and later expanded their family through adoption. They welcomed Alex from Seoul, South Korea, Anna from Siberia, and Emma from China. Amber's pregnancy occurred just five months after their marriage.
She shared with the outlet, "With Trent and I both having the same type of dwarfism, we had a 50% chance that our child would have it too. There was a 25% chance our child would be of average height, and then a 25% chance that our child would have dwarfism but also be ‘homozygous,’ which means they wouldn’t live much past birth."
