‘All American’ Season 3 Episode 3 Spoilers: What are Olivia and Spencer hiding and will Layla find out the truth?
Everyone has a secret after the sultry summer season in ‘All American’. Last week's episode ‘How to Survive in South Central’ dropped a major bombshell and led to Olivia Baker's (Samantha Logan) confession about the cold vibes with Asher Adams (Cody Christian).
Spilling the beans on their relationship status, Olivia opened her heart to Layla Keating (Greta Onieogou) and said, “I lied to you about this summer... The reason I missed the Vegas trip was that I flew to Mexico to surprise Asher. Only I'm the one who got surprised.”

Olivia saw Asher cheating on her with Vanessa Montes (Alondra Delgado). When Layla asks Olivia what she did, she replies, “I left... Asher still has no idea and I want to keep it that way.” Why did she do that? And is she okay with him going behind her back with some other girl?
Now, as the next episode is about to air, the one question on all minds seems to be: Will Layla tell Olivia's secret to someone?
In a promo, we see Asher meeting Vanessa again. Confused, he asks her, “Vanessa, what are you doing here?” Vanessa replies, “My mum's the new football coach.” With a hint of dilemma, Asher remarks, “Coach Montes is your mom?” Trying to ease out the tension, Vanessa says, “I had no idea this is where you went to school." She adds, “This is where you should say something like... Wow, it's really great to see you, Vanessa, or we can just stand here in awkward silence.”
Soon, one fan posted, “Summer secret? It's not like he just took a joy ride or something. He f*cked another girl. He cheated on Layla with Olivia when he was emotionally stressed and now he cheated on Olivia with yet another girl cause he was emotionally stressed. Asher, sweetie, wtf?” Talking about a photo featuring Layla, another said, “I remember this scene from the trailer... she’s gonna tell Simone a summer secret.”

Titled ‘High Expectations’, the summary of the episode reads, “With the first game of the season coming up, Spencer (Daniel Ezra) starts to feel the pressure on and off the field. Spencer decides to confide in Layla (Greta Onieogou) who might have a helpful suggestion. Now that Spencer and Billy (Taye Diggs) are gone, Jordan (Michael Evans Behling) realizes he needs to step up.”
It continues, “Asher (Cody Christian) keeps trying to talk to Olivia (Samantha Logan) about the summer, but she does everything she can to avoid the issue. Meanwhile, Coop (Bre-Z) is unconvinced that Tyrone’s sister, Mo (guest star Erica Peeples) has good intentions, and maybe she is just paranoid, especially when she learns of some key information pertaining to Spencer.”
Another clip from the episode teases how Olivia may be hiding a secret. Does Vanessa know she saw Asher cheating on her? Moreover, are Spencer and Olivia both hiding something from Layla? Well, only time will tell.

‘All American’ Season 3 premiered with its first episode on January 18 and the third one aired on February 1, 2021. The CW announced the estimated schedule for its fall shows and the series is slated for the 8 pm to 9 pm time slot on Mondays. Going by the previous seasons, this one should also come with 16 episodes.
If you're wondering when it will premiere on Netflix, you'll have to be patient. The series drops on the streaming site only once all episodes have finished airing weekly on The CW.
