PASADENA, CALIFORNIA: Under the guidance of former 'America's Got Talent' champion Kenichi Ebina, the dance group Airfootworks integrated a box structure into their routine, creating a unique blend of acrobatics and breakdancing.

With their mentor setting the bar high, judges and fans eagerly anticipated a stellar performance from Airfootworks. The dance group delivered their routine to Justin Bieber's 'What Do You Mean.'

Unfortunately, the performance fell short of the high expectations set by the audience, leaving many viewers feeling disappointed and frustrated. This sentiment was soon echoed across social media platforms, where many individuals expressed their discontent over the underwhelming performance they had just witnessed.

One fan wrote, "Liked the act, sadly not as polished as a couple of their videos on @airfootworks. Maybe it's the baggy trousers, because watching them in jeans is awesome. Sorry guys and girl, not my favourite but up there and very original; never seen this done before, big plus! Hope you go further and make me eat my words 😊."

Another fan chimed in, "I thought this was an OK GO video." One fan said, "This was very innovative but a bit awkward at times. Eliminate the girl walking through y’all and just standing there focus on the work with the frame. Great minds!!! 👏🏽👏🏽

Who are Airfootworks on 'AGT' Season 19?

Airfootworks is a dance troupe that was founded by Takashi Jonishi from the popular group World Order. Jonishi explained that their dancing style creates a unique sensation of weightlessness, making it seem like the dancers are walking on air.

Their impressive skills led them to the finals of the first season of 'Japan's Got Talent' in 2023. The group also showcased its talent on various television shows in 2020, such as 'Legal Consultation Office' and 'Arashi ni Shiyagare'.

However, just as their success seemed to be on the rise, a significant global shift occurred. Without the support of a major management company, they were unexpectedly thrust into a difficult predicament, forced to navigate their circumstances on their own. For the past year, they had been grappling with how to address their situation and find a way forward.
