PASADENA, CALIFORNIA: 'America's Got Talent: All-Stars' continued Monday night with the fifth group of contestants performing 10 acts for a coveted spot in The Finals. With some acts receiving standing ovations from the judges, everyone waited with bated breath to see who will advance. In a twist of events, the show's fans feel that teen ventriloquist Ana-Maria Margean doesn't deserve the super fans' vote. They have slammed her for the feat and think Archie Williams should have reached the finale.

The 10 acts performed on Monday, January 30, episode were ventriloquist Ana-Maria Mărgean, singers Archie Williams, Peter Rosalita, and Tom Ball, comedian Axel Blake, magicians Jasper Cherry and Mervant Vera, ukulelist Mandy Harvey, martial artists World Taekwondo Demonstration Team, and comic duo Yumbo Dump. Margean, who previously won 'Romania's Got Talent' Season 11 in 2021 not only impressed the judges with her skills but also the superfans. 'AGT: All-Stars' viewers and judges were stunned by her vocal range and talent. The contestant's performance earned her a standing ovation from the judges and the audience. The judges applauded her talent and the comic banter that she had with her puppet. Cowell even joked that he thought of Waldo was a real dog.

Margean performed with her disagreeable rescue dog puppet Waldo, incorporating a vocal performance of 'You Don’t Own Me'. Heidi was not surprised she was a winner because Margean's voice is beautiful and she was funny. Howie was surprised that she’s only been practicing for a couple of years and that her mother made the puppet for her. Simon commented that it’s exciting to see a winner from another country come to America to compete with the best of the best.

'Super fans got it wrong'

Even though Margean was good, fans don't think she should have advanced to the finale. They were rooting for Archie Williams who first appeared on 'AGT' in season 15’s premiere episode. One unhappy fan said, "Aww, both Archie and Mandy should have gone through This studio audience 'superfan' vote sucks." Another tweeted, "Let me at em, let me at em #superfans come out, come out wherever you are? I need complete details, whyyyyy?" Another viewer felt Margean wasn't worthy of the vote, "Ugh. Another damn ventriloquist. Super fans got it wrong."

William's skill, personality, and backstory made his first impression unforgettable. For 'AGT: All-Stars' his rendition of 'Ain’t No Sunshine' impressed Howie because it is so uniquely tied to the story of his life and that makes him deserving of success. Heidi said he touches her heart every time he’s on stage because he’s honest and raw.  William's, story of being freed after 36 years in prison for a wrongful conviction inspired everyone and has made him a beloved singer. Expressing his discontent one user tweeted, "Superfans all must be less than 16 years old this is so ridiculous." Another wrote, "Super fan” voting is pushing this super fan to the breaking point. Advancing a novice ventriloquist to the finals over the goat Terry Fator on a 10x harder episode is absurd. Enough with Production deciding everything, time to actually turn it over to the fans." A fan tweeted, "Had to shut off the results part cause all three of them were all SANGERS...I wanted the guy who served time in prison to go on but after seeing that dreaded results, I went "Nahhhh!" and turned off the tv."

Archie Williams in 'AGT' Season 15

He used to watch 'AGT' in the prison and “visualize” himself being on the 'AGT' stage while watching the show. Williams gave some incredible performances on the show like Elton John's classic 'Don't Let the Sun Go Down on Me', Stevie Wonder's 'Love's in Need of Love Today', and the Beatles 'Blackbird'. His voice stirred tears, cheers, and standing ovations from the judges and audience alike. Williams even reached the season's finale, but alas it was the end of his journey there and a California spoken word artist Brandon Leake emerged as the winner.

'America's Got Talent: All-Stars' airs every Monday at 8/7c on NBC.
