MOSCOW, RUSSIA: 'A Gentleman in Moscow', the ongoing historical drama from Paramount+ with Showtime, continues to captivate the viewers with its intense and gripping storyline.

Based on Amor Towles' bestselling novel, the series follows the life of Count Alexander Rostov (Ewan McGregor), who is placed under house arrest at Metropol Hotel in Moscow during the tumultuous years of Soviet Russia.

In 'A Gentleman in Moscow' Episode 7, viewers witness a reunion between Rostov and his old friend, Mikhail 'Mishka' Fyodorovich Mindich (Fehinti Balogun), after years of separation.

However, Rostov and Mishka part ways once again, and viewers are left with a sense of nostalgia and longing for the past.

There's a lot to uncover in 'A Gentleman in Moscow' Episode 7. So, let's jump in.

In 'A Gentleman in Moscow' Episode 4, Mishka's violent resistance against the new authorities in Russia grabbed the attention. Mishka's anger grew as he witnessed the people of Russia suffering from starvation, particularly due to the authorities seizing farmers' lands.

He perceived these actions as a direct insult, fueling his determination to resist the authorities and fight for the rights of the people. However, security took Mishka away, and it was the last time Rostov saw him.

In 'A Gentleman in Moscow' Episode 7, Mishka finally returns to Metropol Hotel. In the past few years, he was sent to a prison camp, where he suffered a lot. He endured harsh conditions, including inadequate food and shelter, as well as physical and emotional abuse.

Seeing Mishka's wounds, Rostov took it upon himself to care for his friend. However, Mishka seemed visibly lost, as if he had lost the will to live. The years of suffering and hardship in the prison camp had taken a toll on him.

Despite Rostov's efforts to care for him, Mishka appeared distant and withdrawn, no longer the spirited and determined man he once was.

Rostov's happiness after meeting his friend Mishka was short-lived. While Rostov was working at the hotel, Mishka left. Despite their brief reunion, Rostov was once again left with a sense of emptiness and longing for his old friend.

However, before leaving, Mishka left behind old photos and a poem for Rostov. It was the same poem that inadvertently saved Rostov's life at the tribunal in Episode 1. The authorities mistakenly believed that Rostov had written the poem, which had actually been penned by Mishka.

As Rostov looked through the photos, memories of their adventures and conversations came flooding back.

In the last scene, viewers witness Mishka's departure before he vanishes.

'A Gentleman in Moscow' Episode 7 is now streaming on Paramount+ and Showtime.
