'90 Day Fiancé' star Statler Riley to sue TLC over spinoff '90 Day Fiancé House'
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Though TLC has not officially confirmed, rumors are circulating that '90 Day Fiancé’ will soon welcome another spinoff. While fans are eager for this to occur, Statler Riley is one individual who is still resentful of it.
On July 28, reality TV blogger, Shabooty took to Instagram to write, "I am sure they are waiting to see what the fan reception is toward the ‘90 Day Fiance Happily Ever After Tell All No Limits House’ — and tweak the production of this show accordingly.

Perhaps this news is why Statler keeps going apes**t in the comments section about the “90 Day House” idea... she may have got word that it’s actually happening, and that’s why she keeps bringing it up because it’s stinging her @$$! And maybe TLC keeps the “No Limits” branding for this new show."
In response to the claims of being butthurt about her stolen idea, Statler reshared the post to her Instagram stories and wrote, "Looks like I'll officially be filing a lawsuit for them using my stolen idea!"
In a consecutive story, she added, "No, I'm not kidding. Luckily I've had enough coaching to prove & protect that this was my idea that I presented to them 1.5 years ago. The fact that Sharp Entertainment/90 Day have used my idea w/out giving me credit or paying me is a breach of intellectual property & I'm ready to prove it. This company is so devoid of a moral backbone & my lawyer & I have been waiting to prepare this case. Let's go. Down with The Man ™."
A footnote along with the story read, "Arnando-it's sad you're too much of a puppet to realize that an injustice has occurred here." With her recent experiences, Statler's paranoia mustn't be startling to fans.
In a separate story, Statler demanded, "Those of us cast members who still have a backbone are thinking of renting a place for a month where we livestream full time & show you un-edited reality. Would you take a stand & refuse to watch this new one they have coming out & watch our 24/7 livestream instead?"
She suggests, "We will have cast members whose NDAs have run out & are chomping at the bit to reveal all the dirty deets. (As well as cast members who still are under their NDA but no longer give AF) b/c why play clean against a dirty company?"
She ended her rant by adding, "It turns out, Sharp. When you manipulate & edit good people into looking bad. Ruin their reputations, pay them jack shit, & then leave them out to dry w/no mental health support & a shit ton of ppl who publicly hate them & loudly say it, they get pretty pissed! Who knew ... lol 🤫."

'90 Day Fiancé’ star Statler Riley accuses ex of duping her money
Following a tumultuous separation, Statler is accusing her ex-partner of being a fraudster in '90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way'.
Shortly before they started shooting '90 Day Fiancé: Before the 90 Days' Season 6, Statler from Irving, Texas, and Dempsey from Darlington, England, met on a dating app. After dating a number of women for years, Statler had chosen to settle down after falling in love with Dempsey's accent.
But Statler hadn't disclosed to Dempsey that she intended to relocate to England and live with her.
It took Dempsey some time to agree to Statler's proposal. She also took issue with Statler's rapid progress in the relationship and her stated intention to never have children.
Nevertheless, the pair remained together after the show and reappeared in 'The Other Way' in 2024 for a new season. However, Statler revealed Dempsey's actual nature just a few days before 'The Other Way' Season 6 debuted.
She revealed to her audience that Dempsey conned her out of cash. She is also said to have cheated on her with a lady Statler knew.
'90 Day Fiancé' star Statler Riley claims to be 'black sheep' in her family
Statler was adopted on the day of her birth. Her adoptive parents already had two sons and wanted a daughter.
Statler understood her parents had good intentions, but she felt she never measured up. Her brothers received excellent marks in school and excelled at sports.
She referred to them as the "golden children." Statler, on the other hand, consistently failed her classes.
She believed she was a failure to her family and referred to herself as the "black sheep." She only wanted to leave her family and migrate to another country.
