'90 Day Fiance' Season 9: Fans call Thais 'monster' for lying to her father about K1 visa

Leaving your family, friends and life behind to start fresh in a new country is never easy, but for the couples on '90 Day Fiance', one of the two finds themselves having to make that sacrifice. So far, most of the couples have made their way to the USA and with it, have come plenty of issues.

From Shaeeda dealing with Bilal's pranks to Kobe trying to make things work with his son and Mohamed expecting Yve to baby him, none of the couples has it easy. And now, joining the mix is Patrick and Thaìs.

With Thaìs leaving her home in Brazil, she seems all set to start her life with Patrick and vice versa. However, there is one issue, Thaìs has not told her father, Carlos, that she is going to the USA to marry Patrick. According to Carlos, his daughter is just visiting and will be back soon. Carlos is clearly protective of Thaìs and, having met Patrick only once, is worried for his daughter's safety. While Thaìs planned on telling him that she didn't intend on returning, she couldn't bring herself to do so. During his confessionals, Carlos got emotional over the whole situation, seeing that he felt as though he was losing his daughter. Fans called out Thaìs for lying to her father.

"Thais told her father she wont stay long and she will come back? How does that work? She will come here on a 90 day K1 Visa get married then move back to Brazil? #90dayfiance" asked a fan. "Thai's crushing this poor family. She better tell them now. #90DayFiance" said a fan. "Awww! How could you lie to him, Thais? You’re breaking his heart! You monster! #90DayFiance" said a fan. "First impression - don’t f w Carlos or his daughter. He obviously loves her very much. I like him #90DayFiance" said another. 

'90 Day Fiancé' Season 9 airs every Sunday at 8/7c on TLC.
