With the couples of '90 Day Fiance' Season 9 all gearing up to tie the knot, the problems in the relationships are now more evident than ever. As compared to most of the couples this season, Emily and Kobe seem to have a lot on the line. Not only do they have a child already, but they're also expecting a second child together.
This, combined with the fact that they have no financial stability has let to a lot of strain on their relationship. Kobe's friend Temperature certainly seems to have brought a lot more of their issues to light, as he pointed out that Emily was far too controlling while Emily realised that Kobe's Cameroonian culture didn't align with hers. However, these problems aside, the elephant in the room was now the fact that Kobe wanted to move to Ohio and Emily was deadset against it.

Kobe tried to explain to her that moving to Ohio would certainly be beneficial, seeing that there, he had a Cameroonian community to fall back on. However, Emily did not want to leave the comfort of her home and kept insisting that staying in Salina was their only choice. She didn't even entertain the idea of moving, so when she found out that Kobe was looking at 1 bedroom apartments in Ohio, she quickly confronted him about it. Kobe explained that Temperature had sent him a link, but Emily refused to see reason. Fans were quick to call her out on her behaviour.
