'90 Day Fiance' Season 9: Fans say Thais' father has 'a right to be mad' over wedding announcement
For the couples on '90 Day Fiance', the pressure is piling on, as they now have to tie the knot before the 90 period ends. However, there seems to be cracks in each of the relationships featured this season, seeing that the couples are struggling to communicate with each other effectively.
Thais and Patrick have had a plethora of issues all seasons, starting with the fact that Thais didn't trust Patrick, in addition to the fact that she didn't like having John around the house either. However, these issues paled in comparison when it came down to the fact that Thais had not told her father about the fact that she and Patrick had to get married within 90 days.

As Thais and Patrick finally spoke to Thais' father, he made it plenty clear that he was not too thrilled with the idea. Thais and her father later spoke without Patrick around and he immediately asked her to come back home. He made it known that he was worried Thais was being used and suggested that she find a man back home instead. While Thais took her father's words to heart, fans were on his side entirely, and even suggested that she should have told him sooner.
