DIXON, KENTUCKY: '1000-lb Sisters' star Caleb Willingham was left behind in an Ohio weight-loss facility as his wife Tammy Slaton enjoyed a vacation in Pensacola, Florida, with siblings Amy Slaton, Chris Combs, Amanda Halterman and Misty Wentworth.

However, the husband and wife duo missed each other and resorted to FaceTime to get connected. Tammy showed Caleb where she was staying and her big suite while sharing that she wished they were together. Caleb seemed to be bothered as he had to stay away from his wife.

Caleb admitted in the confessional that he was missing his wife badly and staying away from Tammy had only increased his "emotional" eating. Caleb also admitted that his "emotional eating" had started "spiraling out of control."

He added, "I was really thinking that her coming up here would make things so much better. But like, food is the addiction that I have because I need an escape from all my emotions and that’s what eating does." However, the viewers called out Caleb for blaming Tammy for his eating habits.

A social media user tweeted, "Caleb blaming Tammy not being around is why he's emotionally eating is so f**king selfish. Like you were fat af before she ever came into your life."

Another person added, "The problem is, Caleb didn’t want to actually loose weight for himself…. He was trying to do it for the approval of other ppl…"

A critic said, "The fact that Caleb is killing himself and blaming it on Tammy being gone is crazy."

An internet user wrote, "I'm tired of everyone feeling sorry for Caleb, it's his fault and he tries to make everyone else feel sorry for him..f**k him, it's his choice!"

Another viewer noted, "I don't think Caleb planned on Tammy doing good enough to get surgery nor to do good enough to leave the rehab. His game plan to have a forever super-size fat spouse was out when she lost her weight."

Tammy Slaton feels 'guilty' for her trip to Florida

'1000-lb Sisters' star Tammy Slaton felt 'guilty' for vacationing in Florida without her husband, Caleb Willingham. She Facetimed her husband and admitted that she was missing him.

She shared in the confessional, "I miss my husband so much and I feel guilty that he can’t be there with us." Tammy told her husband over the phone, "This sucks." She added, "You’re not able to enjoy anything like this right now."

Caleb was originally supposed to be on the Slaton Family trip to Florida. He shared, "I was supposed to be dropping this weight and it hurts all the more thinking that this could’ve been like a honeymoon…that was the plan. And here I am, still in rehab."

Although he missed the vacation, Caleb continued to keep his positive attitude and assured Tammy that he would enjoy the summer festival carnival. He told Tammy, "Of course, it ain’t gonna be that big. But to me, it’s a step forward in life, like living and having fun."

He added, "Don’t worry, I ain’t spending $300 on no carnival food."
