Reality Star of the Week: Caleb Willingham's deteriorating health leaves '1000-lb Sisters' fans concerned
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Caleb Willingham has become the reality TV star of the week with his appearance in '1000-lb Sisters' Season 5. Even though Caleb is no longer alive, he became one of the most talked about stars of reality TV amid his health issues.
In the recently released episode, Caleb dropped a shocking news to Tammy Slaton. He claimed to have been admitted to the hospital and doctors suspect it's pneumonia.
Since the exact reason for Caleb's death was not revealed earlier, it is believed that pneumonia could have been something that led him to the deathbed.
A fan commented, "Awww Caleb didn’t tell Tammy because he knew it was something serious more than usual didn’t want to worry her." Another wrote, "I hate he passed and they didn’t get the opportunity to grow together. He seemed like a sweet guy."
Another wrote, "Rip sweet guy." "Rest in peace Caleb, he was such a sweet guy and quite possibly one of the major motivations for tammy to lose weight," commented another.

Caleb was declared dead in July 2023. As the news surfaced, Tammy took to social media to honor her late husband.
Tammy uploaded a slew of photos with Caleb, celebrating some of the moments. She captioned the post, "Rip sweet angel you will forever be missed and loved so much thank you Caleb for showing me real love and happiness."
Tammy turned off the comment to avoid any negativity.

On Tuesday night's episode, Caleb went on a date with Tammy. Amid their date, Caleb handed a rose and a gift to Tammy.
Seeing Caleb being all romantic, Tammy said, "Caleb is being sweet and to be honest I'm a little tired because it's been a big day." She adds, "But, I appreciate what he does."
Tammy was seen trying too hard to lose weight as she was looking forward to building a family with Caleb. In one of the episodes, she confessed to having a kid with Caleb. Sadly, the same did not happen and Caleb died ahead of it.
'1000-lb Sisters' Season 5 releases new episodes every Tuesday at 9 pm ET on TLC.
