When one season of 'Windy City Rehab' concludes, fans are eager to learn when the next one will begin. It is the same as the third season of HGTV's show that ended on June 16, 2022.

Since the show's debut in early 2019, the news about HGTV's 'Windy City Rehab' has been nearly non-stop, with much of it being less-than-positive. Designer Alison Victoria and her (now-former) co-host Donovan Eckhardt have been hit with lawsuits over the living spaces they redeveloped for the show, and fans will recall that Eckhardt was largely absent from Season 2. Do Alison Victoria's teases for 'Windy City Rehab' Season 4 mean that another full season will be ready soon, with 9 new episodes for Season 3 airing in April this year? Here's what we've learned from Alison Victoria's recent Instagram teases for 'Windy City Rehab' Season 4.

What is the plot of 'Windy City Rehab' Season 4?

Alison Victoria, an interior designer in Chicago, integrates swanky design with a love of her hometown by purchasing and restoring historic homes. She works to restore the integrity of these overlooked homes in historic neighborhoods by adding more square footage, aesthetic, and modern touches. But each house has a story to tell, and she never knows what obstacles lie beneath the layers of paint and plaster.

Aside from the cast changes, the view on the most recent season of 'Windy City Rehab' has changed. Alison moved her projects out of Chicago and acquired some old properties in Atlanta and Los Angeles. In Season 3, viewers saw Alison express her desire to expand her business westward with new investment partners. She collaborated with a Hollywood real estate agent friend and her husband to restore a classic 1923 Spanish Colonial. One episode also featured her working alongside her brother in her Atlanta loft, which is housed in a converted 1880s textile mill. Fans can anticipate Alison working on more and larger projects out of Chicago.
