In the upcoming episode of the show, we will see Jose Mizrahi going on a romantic date with Shannan Diggs. Shannon does seem to have an interest in Jose, in fact, he is one of the most charming boys of all.

Shannan believes Jose is hard to figure out
In the upcoming episode of 'MILF Manor' we will see Jose and Shannan going on a beachside date. The recently released sneak peek shows Shannan asking Jose about his past relationships. She asks, "Have you dated women that are older?" Jose replies to this that he has experienced dating older women in the past. The last woman he dated was 2 or 3 years older than him. Furthermore, to get more comfortable in the situation Shannan asks Jose, "How do you feel when you see the exterior of me, an older woman?" Jose cleverly replied to this that he sees Shannan's elegance when he looks at her. But, it seemed Jose's reply didn't seem to amuse Shannan. She confessed in the personal interview, "Jose is hard to figure out. I feel like he may give everyone that kind of attention. So, you don't know if you are special."
Jose's mother Pola approves of him dating Shannan
Jose confesses in a personal interview that the more he gets to know Shannan the more he likes her. Listening to this, Pola immediately replies, "I love her. She is very nice. She is very smart and also she is quiet." Both mother and son agreed that Shannan has a calm and composed attitude. Pola further adds, "you know what I like more about her is how she talks to her son." Both Shannan and her son Ryan Jovan have a very strong relationship. And, that's something that is most liked by Pola about Shannan. Indeed, it hints that if Pola's son will be looking forward to dating Shannan in real life, she will approve of her.
