Heather Dubrow took a break from 'The Real Housewives of Orange County' to spend more quality time with her family. She wanted to focus on being with her husband, Terry Dubrow, and their four children: Ace, Katarina, Max, and Nicholas. Heather felt that stepping back from the show would allow her to enjoy more time with her loved ones and better balance her personal and professional life.
Heather joined 'The Real Housewives of Orange County' in Season 7 and left the series after Season 11. Dubrow rejoined the cast in 2021 for its 16th season, returned for the show's 17th season and the 18th season.

Bravo hasn't announced the exact return date for 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' Season 14, but it's expected to air sometime in late 2024 or early 2025. The new season will feature returning cast members including Garcelle Beauvais, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Kyle Richards, Sutton Stracke, and Kathy Hilton.
