BEVERLY HILLS, CALIFORNIA: Kyle Richards is sharing her stance on 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' Season 14 reunion getting canceled. During a recent conversation with People magazine at the Posse Pride Party in Hollywood, held on June 7, the star of 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' shared her perspective on the decision to cancel the 'RHONJ' Season 14 reunion.
The Bravo personality expressed her thoughts and opinions, discussing the potential implications and reasons behind the unexpected cancelation.
She expressed her disbelief, stating it was a convenient escape route for them. She added that it seemed like they were able to avoid facing the consequences. “Gosh, it seems like an easy way out. It seems like they get to dodge a bullet," she said.
Richards, being an original cast member of 'RHOBH,' has been a part of 13 consecutive reunions. One of the most emotionally intense moments occurred during Season 12 when she had a difficult sit-down with her sister Kathy Hilton that ended in tears. This left Richards feeling overwhelmed and even contemplating leaving before the season-ending toast.

On the other hand, Kyle Richards' co-star Garcelle Beauvais also shared her similar sentiments regarding the cancellation of the 'RHONJ' Season 14 reunion.
"That's a part of the [show], right? So not to have it is a little shocking. But there's gotta be a reason for it, whether it's toxicity or something," Garcelle said at the Pride event, which supported the community's advocacy LGBTQ. GLAAD and cast member Erika Jayne's new song "Dominos."
When questioned about whether she would consider skipping a reunion, Garcelle, with her experience of four seasons, jokingly expressed a desire to always opt-out. "I would always want to skip it [laughs]. But it's the Super Bowl -- it's the Super Bowl of what we do," she replied.
Why did ‘RHONJ’ Season 14 reunion get canceled?
'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' cast will not be having a typical reunion for the current Season 14, as tensions continue to run high among the cast members.
The group, consisting of Teresa Giudice, Melissa Gorga, Dolores Catania, Margaret Josephs, Jennifer Aydin, Danielle Cabral, Rachel Fuda, Jackie Goldschneider, and Jenn Fessler, will not be coming together for the usual post-season reunion due to ongoing conflicts and disagreements.
The ongoing divide within the 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' ladies has resulted in the BravoCon panels for the show being separated into two distinct groups for the past couple of years.
Andy Cohen recently shared his thoughts on the reunion cancelation while making an appearance on SiriusXM’s Reality Checked with Kiki Monique and said, "This will all make sense when you see the finale." "It is one of those classic Jersey finales that people will be talking about for a long time to come," he further added.
Andy who is one of the executive producers of the franchise went on to say, "And when all of us producers saw the last cut of the finale, we all came to the decision separately — and then we talked — we all had the same thought that the finale is kind of the finale and the reunion all in one."
‘RHONJ’ star Teresa Giudice ‘feels bad’ about cast not getting a reunion
In a recent appearance on 'Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen' on Sunday, June 9, Teresa Giudice, finally addressed the issue of the canceled reunion, breaking her silence on the matter.
"It's too bad we aren't having a reunion because I was going to bring an envelope and I was going to take something out of the envelope," she told host Andy Cohen at that time. The 'RHONJ' star went on to say, "I was going to bring it tonight, but I want to make sure we have a reunion."
As fans of 'The Real Housewives of New Jersey' may recall, Teresa referred to an incident during the Season 13 reunion where John Fuda allegedly threatened her with an envelope containing supposed evidence of Giudice's husband, Luis "Louie" Ruelas, conducting investigations into his family. The incident had left Teresa feeling angry and determined to seek revenge.
Teresa added, "He accused my husband of reaching out to his ex that was in jail and why would he do that? So, they threw the first punch. I'm gonna finish the fight. Trust me."
