TLC has just released a preview of the upcoming episode. In the clip, we see Ashley and Tina Arnold visiting Dr Procter's office. While recalling their weight, Dr Procter tells Ashley, " last time I saw the goal was to lose 10 pounds." The last time Ashley weighed 362 pounds, and Dr Procter was looking forward to seeing her under 350 pounds. The last time Ashley came into Dr Procter's office, she weighed no less. Because she had gained instead of lost weight, Dr Procter claimed the last time Ashley didn't lose 60 pounds and came back without losing her allotted 14 pounds. Dr Procter added that if she didn't lose weight, "a second surgery really wasn't going to be an option for her." After the Fit Farm workout, Ashley's final weight was 354. She needed to lose only 5 more pounds. In a personal interview, she said, "That's cutting close. If I don't make weight, I'm not gonna be approved of weight loss surgery." She added, "This is literally my last chance."

Will Ashley Sutton be approved for a second surgery?

It seems so! Ashley is seen weighing herself in the sneak peek released. She looks towards the numbers with nervousness. The weight-measuring machine blinked to two-three times and then showed the final weight. As soon as the weight flashed on the screen, Tina shouted, "Oh my god." Moreover, Ashley looked towards the machine with a little smile on her face. This indicates that Ashley might have managed to weigh below 350 pounds and get the approval for second bariatric surgery.

According to Ashley's social media presence, there has been a significant change in her weight. However, it's not yet revealed whether she went for second weight loss surgery or not.
