LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: Was it very clear that 'The Bachelor' Season 27 star Zach Shallcross won't be going with Gabi Elnicki and choosing Kaity Biggar instead? Fans saw Zach giving equal affirmation to both contestants in the finale episode. However, there must have been something wrong that led Zach to not choose Gabi. 

In the recently released finale episode, we saw ABC's star Zach claiming that he feels a stronger connection with Kaity than with Gabi. He broke Gabi's heart by letting her walk out of the show. Even though there have been enough spoilers on the internet ever since the show aired and almost everyone knew that Zach was about to get engaged to Kaity. Before Zach went down on one knee in front of Kaity, he spoke to Gabi. The star started the conversation by saying, "What a journey you and I have been on, We’ve had probably some of the wildest times together. … All of our moments have been life-changing, and there’s so much I love and adore about you. Knowing you and falling in love with you has made me a better man. But..." And then came the but. Zach added, "As much as I’ve been falling in love with you, I’m sorry. You deserve a man that picks you first every day." Gabi controlled her emotions and replied to Zach, "I’ll find love somewhere, somehow."

According to Gabi the reason for Zach not picking her was that she is "unlovable." The star said in a confessional, "There’s something wrong with me. Why am I so hard to love? Why am I always so misunderstood? I don’t know when someone’s going to choose me." Well, it seems that things went off between Zach and Gabi ever since their last date. On the last date, we saw Gabi opening up to Zach about her insecurities. She broke down into tears knowing that Zach was not sure about her. Throughout the show, we saw Zach eliminating the woman who got insecure about herself. And the same happened with Gabi. As soon as she had a little doubt herself, she was ruled out of the show.

'The Bachelor' fans 'relieved' that Zach Shallcross did not pick Gabi Elnicki

Seeing Zach pick Kaity over Gabi, a fan tweeted, "Honestly just relieved he stayed with who he picked and didn’t jump in gabi’s dms the bar is so low for these men." Another slammed Zach and wrote, "Obviously I meant douchebaggery BUT I AM UPSET. GABI DESERVED BETTER!"

Another tweeted, "I’m happy for Kaity but i dislike Zach and Gabi deserved better. Ariel is too good for this franchise. That’s all, Goodnight." "Gabi deserved better," one of the viewers tweeted. 

Moreover, some fans knew the fate of the relationship beforehand. A fan commented, "It was never Gabi. She was over the top emotional and conniving. He’s boring. Kaity won’t be with him for long."

Another claimed, "I knew it. zach only told gabi he was falling in love with her bc he felt guilty. he didn’t actually mean it." "Zach is a heartless player who never had any intention of proposing to Gabi. Making her dress up for a proposal he knew was never going to happen is beyond cruel! #TheBachelor Check my pin tweet bro," a fan slammed Zach.

"Zach is a dog. He knew all along it wasn't Gabi and that is why he did what he did. He used her!" tweeted a fan.
