ATLANTA, GEORGIA: Country Singer Zac Brown and his wife Kelly Yazdi have parted ways just four months after they exchanged vows in an intimate ceremony. However, the couple are yet to reveal the reason behind their sudden split.
Zac and Kelly have recently shared an update on their relationship in a joint statement. The couple told TMZ, "We are in the process of divorce. Our mutual respect for one another remains."
The now ex-couple added, "We wish each other the best and will always appreciate our time together." Zac and Kelly asked for privacy and noted, "As we navigate this personal matter, we simply request privacy during this time."
Zac and Kelly got married in a secret ceremony in Coweta County, Georgia in August. The couple were engaged for about a year after Kelly was spotted wearing a large ring on her finger.
However, Kelly previously sparked speculations that the newlywed's marriage has been in trouble after Kelly deleted her Instagram account. Although the model reactivated it, Zac was swiped off from her bio
Kelly also deleted all photos of her with the singer and even unfollowed the Zac Brown Band singer.

However, the birthday celebration video also fueled their engagement rumours. In the clip, Kelly appeared to have an engagement ring on her finger as she stood close to Zac in a group setting.
Zac got engaged to Kelly in 2022 in Hawaii. Kelly and Zac opted to keep their engagement secret until their marriage.

Zac Brown and Kelly Yazdi seemingly love to keep their personal life private especially when it comes to their relationship. The couple has not unveiled how they actually met or when they started dating they definitely had a lot in common.
Before their split, Kelly often shared photos and videos with Zac. Just 13 days before saying 'I do' in August 2023, Kelly announced that they had adopted a Weimador dog called Koa, which translates to 'warrior' in Hawaiian.
However, Zac met his first wife Shelly Sloan in 2005 through a mutual friend shortly after she graduated from Georgia State University. They shared their first New Year's Eve kiss he declared her 'the one. '

However, Zac and Shelly shared a statement to People, "We feel blessed to be on such an incredible journey in life and sometimes the journey begins to lead in different directions."
The ex-couple announced, "It is with deep love and respect that we announce we are separating as a couple." Zac and Shelly further revealed that they had a 'whirlwind life together growing into a beautiful family with five amazing children'.
They also noted that they would be co-parenting their kids as they move forward with 'love, mutual respect, and care for each other'.
