CHARLOTTE, NORTH CAROLINA: Fans of 'Love Is Blind' Season 6 were furious upon seeing Trevor Sova in the reunion after leaked chats with his girlfriend had surfaced a while ago.

These leaked messages suggested that Trevor was still in a relationship outside of the show while he was in the pods, looking for a wife.

This revelation stirred controversy and raised questions about the authenticity of Trevor's intentions and commitment during his time on the show.

The notion that he may have been involved in a relationship outside of the show cast doubt on the sincerity of his interactions with the other contestants and fueled anger among fans who felt deceived.

During the reunion, when confronted by host Nick Lachey about his leaked chats, Trevor struggled to explain himself.

He claimed that he wasn't "dating" the other girl but wanted to "go for someone I wouldn’t go for in real life." He elaborated, saying, "I went in with the mindset of: I want to try it. … There isn’t an answer." Trevor admitted, "I’m toxic … I need a lot of, like therapy."

After this, some furious fans took to X to share their disappointment after seeing Trevor on the show.

"Why is Trevor here??!! Nobody cares NEXT," said a user. Another user said, "Trevor should’ve pulled a Matthew and not shown up. That appearance and his silence were so embarrassing." "Why did Jeramey, Sarah Ann, or Trevor even bother showing up?" said a third.

Others said that if he knew he was toxic, he should've never showed up in the first place.

"Trevor defending his actions outside the pods with “I’m just toxic” well why tf did u come on the show if you KNEW you was toxic," said one. "No, but fr. Why did Trevor even go on this reunion?! Wasted everyone's damn time and squished Jess," said another. "Those texts with trevor and his girl were SO unexplainable like what speech did he even have prepared? and why even come on the reunion?" asked another fan.

In the alleged texts, Trevor expresses deep affection towards Natalia, professing his love and excitement for their future together. He mentioned meeting other 'Love Is Blind' cast members and making promises of marriage, assuring Natalia of their unwavering commitment.

 "I love you so much, honey. I'm excited for it but more excited to get back to you after and start our life together," he texted. "I hope you know how much I love you and had to pretend that this wasn't real life to say anything I said," he added.

One particularly striking statement in the conversation is Trevor's admission that he had to pretend their relationship wasn't real during the show. This revelation cast doubt on the sincerity of his actions and words on 'Love Is Blind', suggesting that his behavior may have been influenced by the circumstances of the show rather than genuine feelings.

Trevor and his girlfriend are no longer together. He initiated the breakup before the show aired in February 2024. Messages were leaked that clearly showed Trevor initiating the breakup. 

"You have made me wait 7 days without speaking a word to me. You can wait till tomorrow." Trevor responded. He continued: "I don't wanna have this talk. Why would you wanna hear what I have to say after I've treated you like that all week." The star added that he believed she deserved someone "10x better."
