On April 3, a Los Angeles judge approved Quinn’s restraining order, which she filed in March. The order mandates that Christian Richard vacate their shared Los Angeles residence and maintain a distance of at least 100 yards from her.
Additionally, the temporary restraining order specifies that Richard is prohibited from contacting their 2-year-old son, Christian, and their two dogs, Bubby and Teddy. However, he is allowed limited communication with Quinn for discussions regarding child visitation.
In response to the situation, Richard filed his own restraining order against Quinn on March 26. Documents obtained by Us revealed that Richard asserted he confronted the Selling Sunset alum after their dogs urinated on his belongings. Although he found Quinn cleaning up the mess, Richard contended that he threw a trash bag at the wall, not at his wife.
He contradicted Quinn’s assertions, stating that the bag contained rags and paper towels, not glass.
According to Richard's documents, he tried to remove their son from the situation, but Quinn reached the toddler first and relocated them to a different room, where she then contacted the police.
