NEW JERSEY: In 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' Season 14, Margaret Josephs will be seen shedding some light on her marriage to her husband Joe Benigno. Along with this, she will be also been talking about her ex-husband, Jan Josephs.
At one point during the official trailer of the show, Melissa Gorga asked Margaret, "How are you and Joe doing?" In another scene from the trailer, Melissa's husband Joe Gorga stated that Margaret and Joe have struggled since the passing of her ex-husband Jan.
Joe said, "Your marriage was better when Jan was alive."
For those of you who are unaware, let us share with you, that Margaret and Joe tied the knot on November 19, 1994, and were together for nearly two decades before they pulled the plug on their marriage.
It seems like their marriage wasn't meant to last forever. The two of them got divorced in 2013. Despite their split, they continued to be on good terms and were 'close friends.'

During an episode of 'RHONJ', Margaret Josephs spilled the beans on her divorce from her husband Jan Josephs, and mentioned it was a result of her affair with now-husband Joe Benigno.
“When I met my husband Joe we were both married to separate people. He had come into my life because he was a contractor and he came in to do our molding. My marriage was going down the tubes, and we had this unbelievable chemistry, and we fell in love."
The reality TV star mentioned that she knew that she couldn't stay married to Jan because of her feelings for Joe. Margaret and Jan ended up getting divorced in 2013. Then, she married Joe during the same year.
She confessed, "Leaving my first husband was a very big scandal in our town. But this is my f****ng life, and you know what, take me for who I am!”
How did Margaret Josephs' ex-husband Jan Josephs die?
Margaret Josephs' ex-husband Jan Josephs died in 2022 following a heart attack. At the time of his passing, he was 74 years old.
Then, Margaret announced the sad news of her former spouse's passing on social media via an emotional Instagram post. She started by writing, "Today would have been Jan’s 75th birthday, he passed away unexpectedly last week and a piece of us died with him. We are heartbroken."
"The night before he left us we shared a beautiful conversation of how blessed we are, our children all successful and happy and that we could only brag to each other. We spoke everyday, he was my family," she added.
The Bravo housewife went on to say, "Jan was an amazing father, grandfather, friend, partner to his girlfriend, he loved everyone unconditionally , he loved Motown, working out and Italian food, but most of all he loved his family. I chose this photo not only because it was one of his favorites but because he had a youthful spirit and will be forever young. Happy Birthday my angel."

Throughout the course of their marriage, Margaret Josephs and her ex-husband Jan Josephs welcomed a son together, named Spencer Josephs.
