BEL AIR, CALIFORNIA: The stars seem to have finally aligned for 'Kitchen Nightmares' fans as FOX and celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay have decided to bring back the fan-favorite food drama series' eighth season.
Season 8 of the hit culinary show drops on September 25, 2023, at 8 PM ET on FOX and subsequently on Hulu, the next day.
This comes after an almost decade-long hiatus since the show's seventh season concluded back in 2014.
Ramsay himself had shut down his show and focused his attention on other ventures such as 'Masterchef' and 'Hell's Kitchen'.
The latest season of the adrenaline-driven, drama-delivering franchise is all set to hit viewers with Ramsay's energetic bouts with participant restaurant owners.
In the show, the seven-time Michelin star-winning chef battles massive egos, professional indifference, and plain lethargy to bring back to life restaurants that have seemingly lost all hope of bouncing back on their business.
'Kitchen Nightmares' Season 8 Full Cast List
Though the details of the participating restaurant owners are yet to be disclosed by the producers of the series, it has been confirmed that Chef Ramsay shall return once again as the celebrated host and showrunner of the show.
Gordon Ramsay
Gordon Ramsay is a 56-year-old celebrity chef, restaurateur, television host and writer. He has received the prestigious Order of the British Empire accolade from the British government.
He is the recipient of seventeen Michelin stars in total and currently holds claim to seven of them. Ramsay was born in Johnston, Scotland. At an early age, he aspired to be a footballer.
However, his football career was cut short by several injuries which impeded him from performing well on the field. He then enrolled at North Oxfordshire Technical College to study hotel management.
Ramsay founded his group of restaurants called Gordon Ramsay Restaurants in 1997.
He has several restaurant properties scattered across the UK and USA, the signature one among them being Restaurant Gordon Ramsay in Chelsea, London.
He is widely known for his television appearances on shows such as 'Masterchef', 'Hell's Kitchen' and 'Kitchen Nightmares' which are centered around his imposing and fierce persona as an excellent, exacting and strict chef who has no inhibitions in using profanity to make sure that the participants' chip in the best of their efforts.
'Kitchen Nightmares' can be watched by tuning in to FOX on September 25, 2023, at 8 PM ET. The show shall stream the next day on the streaming platform Hulu.
