Aside from the drama among the crew members, 'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' also features the erratic behavior of the charter guests as one of its major plotlines. Season 3 of the Bravo show is no different as it kicked off with the primary charter guest McCordia Young making inappropriate advances toward new stewardess Gabriella Barragan.

McCordia, who was introduced on the show as a successful real-estate investor from Washington DC., chartered the luxury superyacht Parsifal III with his group of friends, who happen to be entrepreneurs, to celebrate Black excellence. In his preference sheet, McCordia mentioned that the group was looking forward to a relaxing and luxurious vacation aboard the sailing yacht. From an outing to a '90s hip-hop-themed party, the group came off as a real fun-loving set of people.

Since its the first charter of the season, all the crew members were going the extra mile to not only impress the yacht's captain Glenn Shephard but also the guests in order to secure a generous tip at the end of the charter. Gabriella, a surfer girl from San Diego, was selected by the chief stewardess Daisy Kelliher to be the second stew as she had prior stewardess experience. Determined to provide five-star service, Gabriella made sure that all the guests were taken care of and had everything to make their stay comfortable.

McCordia was so smitten by Gabriella that toward the end of the first night, he approached her and began complimenting her. He began by complimenting Gabriella's septum ring and then proceeded to enquire about her sexuality. Even though the stew was visibly uncomfortable she still continued to engage in a conversation with him since he was the primary guest and would ultimately be tipping them. She then revealed to McCordia that she was interested in both men and women. To make her feel comfortable the real-estate investor initially declared that he wasn't interested in women, but proceeded to grill Gabriella on who she was interested in on the yacht and who she would be sleeping with that night.

Even though Gabriella tried to point out to her guest that his conversation was inappropriate and tried walking away, he simply told her off by declaring that she was "full of s***". He also revealed that he had a "small d***" and questioned her on what she did with the women. The stew walked away from the uncomfortable conversation leaving McCordia looking angry and upset.

Unfortunately, the episode ended leaving us wondering about how things will pan out for the remaining duration of the charter, and also about the tip money. We may just have to wait until the next episode to see how McCordia and Gabriella deal with the situation.

'Below Deck Sailing Yacht' Season 3 airs every Monday at 8/7c on Bravo.
