Guessing whether a person is a good singer or a bad singer without ever listening to a note of their voice and winning a cash prize of a cool $100,000 for guessing correctly definitely sounds like a great plotline for a game show, which explains the success of FOX's 'I Can See Your Voice'. Returning for season 2, the mystery-singing show featured Milicent, a clinical psychology student and educator testing her luck and guessing skills on the show.

With the help of the show's celebrity panelists- Cheryl Hines, Adrienne Bailor-Houghton, rapper Bow Wow and actor Cheyenne Jackson, and the episode's musical superstar and the recent winner of 'The Masked Singer' Jewel, Milicent made her first guess by declaring a contestant who claimed to be a carpenter who also loves singing sea shanty as the bad singer. After his elimination, the carpenter had to reveal his real voice, and then it was revealed that the carpenter was in fact a really good singer and TikTok sensation Luke Taylor. Who is Luke Taylor from 'I Can See Your Voice'?

Luke is a sophomore college student whose deep gravelly voice made him a huge star on TikTok amassing a whopping 1.3 million followers. When Luke began singing after his elimination, his unique voice left everybody stumped. In an interview with Philadelphia City Life, the young singer revealed how his deep voice leaves everybody surprised. "I freaked out my family. I looked at old recordings of myself and realized how deep my voice had gotten," he explained. 

The singer also explained why sea shanties, are suddenly becoming a rage on social media. "I feel like they’re very powerful songs,” he says. “People need strength nowadays. Hearing people come together to sing these songs is really unifying.” Despite getting eliminated in the first round, Luke continues to be a star with his incredibly deep voice on TikTok.

'I Can See Your Voice' airs on Wednesdays at 8/7c on FOX.
