Sherien ran outside to call for help, but Apollo followed her to return the phone. Despite the incident, Sherien declined medical assistance and showed no visible signs of physical harm. Apollo was subsequently arrested and charged with domestic violence and assault.
Apollo was taken to the nearby jail, where he was processed and released on a $3,000 bond shortly after being booked, according to jail records obtained by In Touch.

The unidentified woman was seen sitting closely beside Apollo as they engaged in conversation, and in a separate video, Apollo was shown entering the woman’s residence. The outlet did not disclose the identity of the woman in question.
The evidence against Apollo continued to mount as screenshots of his text messages to the woman were revealed. These messages clearly depicted a romantic relationship, with Apollo expressing his love for her and discussing the possibility of starting a family together.
In one message, Apollo affectionately referred to her as "baby" and in another, he spoke about their plans for the year 2024, hoping that it would be a "great" one for both of them. The texts left no room for doubt that Apollo was deeply involved with the woman in question.
“We're going to have a baby, lol. I can see the reaction on your face right now. I’m just [busting] out laughing," Apollo reportedly shared.
Apollo even mentioned going to his ex-wife Phaedra's house to discuss their children. Despite the mounting evidence, neither Apollo nor Sherien has publicly addressed the footage or the alleged messages.
