Who is Galaxy Girl? 'The Masked Singer' 14 clues about husband and Las Vegas rule out Gwen Stefani theory

Galaxy Girl became the talk of the town during the latest episode of ‘The Masked Singer’ Season 14 titled ‘Star Trek Night.’ Episode 10 leaned fully into its sci-fi theme, with costumes and references. Galaxy Girl took on ‘Lights’ by Ellie Goulding, which is not an easy track to pull off because it demands both vocal control and the ability to ride that airy, almost floating melody. However, she handled it well. There was a sense that whoever is under that mask has been doing this for years, maybe even decades.

But of course, this show is not just about singing. It’s the clues, the guessing, the wild swings from the panel that keep things interesting. This week’s biggest hint came wrapped in a bit of Vegas sparkle. Galaxy Girl dropped a line about her husband, revealing, “My husband may love his slot machines, but when I go to Vegas, I’m not there to gamble. I’m there to work.” That single comment opened up a whole new lane of speculation. Many wonder if she is a residency performer, a frequent headliner, or someone tied to the entertainment circuit in a big way. Another colossal clue pointed toward ‘Showgirls’. This ruled out one long-running guess, Gwen Stefani, whose name had been floating around in fan theories for a while. Galaxy Girl herself also debunked this rumor, as she said, "Spoiler alert, I am not Gwen Stefani."

The panel had plenty to say, and not all of it lined up. Robin Thicke connected the clues to Taylor Momsen. He pointed out, “She played the little girl in the ‘Grinch’ years ago, so I’m going to guess Taylor Momsen.” Meanwhile, Rita Ora picked up on a slightly different vibe, suggesting, “I keep feeling an Avril Lavigne type energy.” Then there was Jenny McCarthy-Wahlberg, who went in another direction entirely, throwing out Hilary Duff as a possibility. According to her, “She has a song called ‘This is What Dreams Are Made Of’…could this be Hilary Duff?” None of these guesses seem completely off, but none feel definitive either. Galaxy Girl is keeping it just mysterious enough to keep everyone guessing.

Looking back at earlier clues, a clearer picture starts to form. There have been hints about a career that spans both acting and music, which already narrows the field a bit. Add in references to holiday imagery, childhood stardom, and a long-running presence in the entertainment industry, and suddenly you’re looking at someone who built something that lasted. And while Galaxy Girl continues to hold her ground, Episode 10 wasn’t without casualties. Two contestants were sent packing in a double elimination that trimmed the competition further. TV judge Greg Mathis was unmasked as 14 Karat Carrot, while Evan Ross was revealed to be under the Stingray costume.
