LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: 'RuPaul's Drag Race Global All Stars' contestant Gala Varo, whose real name is Jesús Meza Arroyo, is an alum of 'Drag Race México' Season 1. She originally hails from Morelia, Michoacán, and has around five years of experience as a performer after she made her debut in a drag show.

Why did Gala Varo and Génesis Faux split?

Red Rabbit Duo Gala Varo and Génesis Faux reportedly decided to break their group in 2020 because of creative differences about the project and money drama. The duo were also having personal conflicts. The group is currently inactive and both Gala and Génesis have been focusing on their individual drag careers.

However, Génesis reflected on her strained relationship with 'RuPaul's Drag Race' spinoff star Gala and hinted that the duo had been experiencing these issues even before their appearance on 'La Más Draga'.
