Which acts have advanced to 'AGT: Fantasy League' semi-finals? Howie Mandel's team leads ABC show's week 1 list
LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA: During 'AGT: Fantasy League' Week 1, five acts were advanced to the Semi-finals, notably, four contestants were from Howie Mandel's dream team.
The ABC spin-off show has been divided into four audition episodes and a total of 10 Acts would compete every week. Each Judge, Mel B, Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, and Howie would have a roster of 10 acts that they drafted from the Top 40 competitors.
'AGT: Fantasy League' had a stirring premiere which kept the viewers at the edge of their seats. However, only five acts advanced to the semi-finals.
'America's Got Talent' Season 14 winner Kodi Lee from Simon's Dream Team was advanced during Week 1 after his standout performance on the song 'Dignity'.
However, ABC show's week 1 list was led by Howie as four acts from his Dream Team, Kristy Sellars, Kseniya Simonova, Shadow Ace, and V Unbeatable, reached near to winning a $250,000 grand prize.
Mel B uses her Golden Buzzer twist during week 1
'AGT Fantasy League' has been quite different from the regular 'AGT' shows. To level up the competition, the ABC show judges have been given even more power as mentors during auditions.
Additionally, they have a Golden Buzzer power which they could use to steal one performer from another Judge and recruit them for their own dream team instead.
During Week 1, Mel B had a Golden Buzzer twist and she used it to steal Simon Cowell's Dream Team performers Emily and Billy England. The roller skating duo had a blast during week 1 and Mel B just made her team stronger.
The Golden Buzzer act also sends talent acts into the finale.
Who all get eliminated during 'AGT Fantasy League' Week 1?
'AGT Fantasy League' Week 1 had a series of standout performances that blew away the audiences. Fans' favorite winners, finalists, and other viral sensations across 'America's Got Talent' and other 'Got Talent' franchises from around the world gathered to compete for the Fantasy League title.
However, among the 10 acts only five acts were advanced to the semi-finals, and 1 act was directly sent to the finals. Unfortunately, the remaining four acts had to bid adieu to the ABC show until the new season.
Singer, dancer, and accordionist Hans, magician Jon Dorenbos, singer Maria Seiren, and comedian Tape Face failed to impress the audience.
