What is 'Bachelor In Paradise' about?

'Bachelor In Paradise' is a spin-off of the renowned 'The Bachelor' and 'The Bachelorette' franchise. Contestants not chosen from these two shows are invited to a scenic Mexican coastal resort for a few weeks.

During the first week, the women in the resort shall outnumber the men. With each successive week, a rose ceremony would be held among the participants.

The ceremony closely mirrors the format used on 'The Bachelor' and 'The Bachelorette.'

During the initial week, the men are given roses, which they can then offer to any woman they are interested in. Women who do not receive roses are promptly eliminated. New male contestants are then made to join the show to replace them.

In the subsequent week, the women will present roses to men of their choice, and those without roses will be eliminated. New female contestants will join to replace them.

As this goes on for a few weeks, new relationships are forged and fractured with a lot of drama in between.
